The invention relates to a cover (1) for underfloor electrodes or underfloor distributors with a cable and pipe protection cap (2).
State of the art
The invention forms part of the technical field of power, water and air supply (electrical and supply technology) in the area of market plazas, industrial halls, event plazas, public gardens and sports plazas.
Underground electrons or underfloor distributors are underground supply systems which, by opening covers, allow access to electrical connections which are arranged on the underside of the cover.
A compact design and a small installation depth are important advantages of these underfloor distributors. The open resp. foldable underfloor electrons are passable and passable. Underground electrons are installed under the street or the hall floor in separate shafts flush with the floor and are equipped with necessary power, water and / or compressed air connections. If necessary, these appear at the top and are immediately ready for use. The cables and pipes are brought out of the cover via a cable and pipe protection cap.
According to the current state of the art, there are different systems for underfloor distributors on the market. For example, there are folding systems, pivoting hood systems as well as various attachments and cable bridges.
These existing systems are complex, production-intensive or partly offer insufficient protection.
For safety reasons, it is therefore necessary to use an additional cable bridge for the "folding system". The "pivotable system" shows a relatively large space requirement. The "setup system" is an external system, where the problems are obvious. It is stolen, forgotten or simply not used. With the "cable bridge system" the exit zone is not protected.
Object and solution of the invention
An object of the invention is to remedy the disadvantages mentioned above.
This object is solved in the case of a cover for underfloor electrodes or underfloor dividers according to the invention with a cable and pipe protective cap by providing grooves (3) in the cover (1), that the cable and pipe protective cap (2) protrude parts ( 4), the protruding parts (4) are engageable in the grooves (3), such that the cable and pipe protection cap (2) is capable of taking two positions, one position being closed and the other position forms an opened state with the possibility of a cable emerging from the subfloor electron.
The following advantages are achieved, among other things: the invention "cable and pipe protection cap" is easy to use, easy to manufacture and offers comprehensive protection for the user because: - The robust cap (2) made of stainless steel with its outside rounded shape (figure no. 1) it is possible to drive safely over the cable outlet cap (2) in both closed (figure no. 2) and operating condition (figure no. 3). - The cable exit hood (2) is fully integrated into the cover of the substrate (figures 2 and 3), which saves unnecessary extensions to the frame or the housing and entails a lower expenditure of costs. - Lateral guide grooves provide the necessary stability (figures 3, 4), which ensure a pure movement mechanism with their C-shaped geometry. A handle is sufficient to reach the desired upper open or lower closed position.
Advantageous embodiments of the invention are cited in the subclaims.
According to the features of claim 7, namely that the dimensions of the recess (6) and the dimensions of the C-shaped grooves (3) and of the cable conduit protective cap (2) are formed such that, with the lid (1) closed, the maximum displacement path of the cable and pipe protection cap (2) is smaller than the length of the horizontal pieces (15) of the C-shaped grooves, so that the cable and pipe protection cap (2) is blocked in its respective position, the cap ( 2) held in the upper or lower position and cannot be moved to the other position by unauthorized persons, ie with the lid (1) closed.
However, the cover (2) can be moved from one position to the other when the lid (1) is open, because the limitation of the displacement by the side wall (16) of the lid (1) then disappears.
The protruding parts (4) are preferably formed as threaded bolts.

Advantages of the invention 1. Extremely robust system
The stainless steel cap (2) (Figure 1), the stainless steel guide plates (Figure 4) and the guide bolts (Figure 6) ensure a robust and virtually maintenance-free system. 2. No complicated mechanics
The system avoids any complicated mechanics, virtually eliminating malfunctions in daily operation. 3. Easy to operate
The system is distinguished by the fact that the hood (2) can be brought into the desired position with a handle. 4. Cheap manufacture
An additional extension to the frame as well as to the cover is not necessary with the cable outlet cap (2). Due to the integration in the cover, it is possible to offer an inexpensive solution with small laser parts (figures 1, 4 and 7) and 4 bolts.
It should be noted that the figures represent only a schematic representation of the embodiments of the invention and do not constitute limiting examples. In the figures, identical or related parts are indicated with the same reference marks.
The intelligent lateral bolt guide comprises four C-shaped grooves (3), which are welded into two laterally placed plates (Figure 4) in the recess of the cover (Figures 2, 3 and 5). The cable outlet cap (2) can therefore be opened or opened in a C-shaped movement. to close. The cap (2) is guided with four bolts (4) (for the guide groove) through the C-shaped groove (figures 2 and 3). These bolts (4) are important for pressure absorption as well as for protection against lifting.
The closure of the cable exit hood (2) is characterized by the sliding mechanism that results from the hood guide, the 6 recesses (8) in the rear wall (9) of the cover cap piece (figures 2, 3, 5 and 7), wherein three springs (10) welded into the cap (2) engage (plane) (Figure 1). With the lid closed, it is therefore not possible to move the cable outlet cap (2) with normal means. to lift, neither when the hood (2) is closed (figure 2) nor when it is in working position (figure 3).
The cable exit hood (2) has the following characteristics: the hood (2) itself is formed as a laser-cut stainless steel part and has welded springs (figure 1). In addition, welded-in reinforcement rings (13) for receiving bolts (enlargement of the thread) and two pocket bores (14) for receiving pressure pieces are provided.
